20+ years in the game.
Hello, I am Sean, a passionate and innovative creative lead based in the Chicagoland area.
I’m an Emmy-nominated, Webby and Promax award-winning design leader who has built a career around crafting fresh, thoughtful content in the digital entertainment space. My journey began at Warner Bros. Studios and Warner Bros. Online, before moving to MTV Networks, where I spent six and a half years working on large-scale projects and stepping into art direction.
From there, I joined truTV as their Art Director, where I helped build a digital design team ahead of a full network rebrand. After three years, I moved to NBCUniversal, where I served as Senior Art Director for their Late Night properties, including Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show, and Late Night with Seth Meyers. I again built and led a talented team and developed campaigns that were inspired, hilarious, and consistently top-tier.
For a couple of years, I freelanced across industries including entertainment, music, hospitality, education, and healthcare. My work spanned design direction, branding, marketing assets, original content creation, and business strategy. I now serve as the Marketing and Creative Director at Hausch & Company, a nation-wide independent insurance adjusting firm. In this role, I lead the company’s full marketing and creative strategy, managing both internal and external initiatives. These include brand development, campaign execution, social media management, event planning, and enhancing the client experience. While the industry is different from entertainment, I apply the same level of creativity, strategic thinking, and storytelling to help shape and elevate the brand within the insurance space.
Entertainment and pop culture have always been central to both my work and personal life. I’m endlessly curious about the communities and storytelling that shape the creative world, whether it’s in film, television, comedy, or music. I’m also an empathetic and collaborative manager who finds real fulfillment in mentoring designers and watching them grow into confident, accomplished creatives.
And finally, I believe a genuine, hearty laugh is the best currency.
